Beautiful Large Villa with pool, sleeps 12 adults plus children
This beautiful traditional Villa has been tastefully modernised to give all the comforts of air conditioning etc without losing the character of the original house and all its features.six bedrooms and six bathrooms plus two cloakrooms wc.
The gardens feature a newly built, large swimming pool with a separated children’s section plus excellent surrounding all day sun bathing areas.
The large living room has a unique feature of a minstrel’s gallery and opens on to lovely terraces at the front. The kitchen is fitted with all the latest equipment and has a breakfast area.
All first floor bedrooms have large balconies with views of the surrounding mountains. The villa will sleep twelve adults with cots for babies available on request. All the beds can be joined together for doubles or separated for twin beds.
One of the downstairs bedrooms has a large, level access, en-suite shower room suitable for the elderly or infirm.
The villa is in the quiet residential area of Gotmar and only a 5 minute walk from the lovely south sandy shore area of Puerto Pollensa and a 15 minute walk from the town centre.

There is only a small step up to the Villa and on the ground floor is a bedroom and adjacent shower room suitable for the elderly and Infirm.
Aramp to the ground floor is available fo wheelchair use,and a wet room has been added to pool are as well.

The large swimming pool is private. A car is not essential but could be a bonus.
A welcome pack is provided but a luxury welcome pack can be provided at an additional cost.
