Newly Furnished 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps 6 + baby/toddler)
With the opening of the new road, this beautiful 3 bedroom holiday apartment is now only about a 40 minute drive from Palma Airport and away from the brash resorts in the south. The apartment is newly furnished and has air-conditioning/heating, full kitchen and laundry facilities and has two bathrooms (one en-suite). One bedroom has a kingsize bed, one has twin beds and one has bunk beds. In addition to the 6 beds, a cot and buggy are available on request for babies or toddlers. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD Player are also provided.
Outside the high season period, changeover day is flexible to allow holiday-makers the opportunity to take advantage of lower mid-week airfares.
The apartment is on the lowest floor of a 3 storey block containing just 12 apartments (private allocated undercover parking is available on the ground floor). The well kept private gardens and swimming pool are ideal if you would like to relax away from the beach.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa. A two minute stroll along a palm-lined avenue will take you to the nearest restaurant and a beautiful wide beach, with sunbeds, parasols and showers. |

Deposit £200 secures. The deposit is held against damage or breakages and returned, less any deductions incurred, 2 weeks after the end of your stay and return of keys.
Payment by cheque at least 8 weeks before travel. Cancellation 6 - 8 weeks before rental date will incur a forfeit of 40% of rental amount, 3 - 5 weeks - 75% and 0 - 2 weeks - 100%
