The lounge has a separate dinning area. There is also TV,video, DVD and CD players.
There is a large balcony with a dinning table for those sunshine breakfasts or Al fresco dinning.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and full gas fired central heating for the winter.
Above the apartments is a roof terrace which can be used as a sun trap or for drying washing, and enjoys views of the bay and surrounding mountains.
The pool is ideal for children with a shallow end and a seperate children's section.

The apartment is situated on the first floor.
Many fiestas in Puerto Pollensa/Alcudia and Pollensa...great to see especially Good Friday on 10th April 2009...amazing and nothing like it in UK
Further Details
The swimming pool is communal. There is ample on street parking for cars, however a car is not essential due to the excellent location of the apartment
