This 95m2 refurbished second floor apartment is located near to the Illa d’or Hotel and only 50 metres from the Pine Walk beach. A beautiful and peaceful part of Puerto Pollensa and an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.
The 30m2, comfortably furnished lounge has satellite television and DVD player including a selection of DVDs and board games. A separate dining area completes this room (seating provided for up to 8). From here patio doors open onto the furnished sunny balcony with retractable awnings which provide ample shade when required.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with items such as a microwave, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle and toaster and comes well stocked. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and twin bedroom open onto the sunny furnished balcony with pretty views. The third bedroom has two bunk beds providing accommodation for up to 8 people in total.
Fully air conditioned both hot and cold throughout as well as electric fans for guests who prefer not to use air conditioning. Beach chairs, parasols and toys provided.

The Lord Jim apartments are located in a very tranquil residential area of Puerto Pollensa just steps from the Pine Walk beach. Nearby a special evening meal or drinks on a sea front terrace can be enjoyed at the Hotel I'lla d'Or. There is a well stocked supermarket which bakes fresh bread approximately 250metres from the apartment. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is a gentle 15 minute stroll along the sea front.
